Welcome to LUXE+LORE esthetics! I’m an esthetician located at Brick House Society providing facial treatments, full body treatments, waxing , brow and lash services, spray tans and tattoo brightening. Skin tells a story, let me help you tell yours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand life happens! If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, I respectfully request you cancel and rebook online or through text, with a 24 hour notice. Less than a 24 hour notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee unless you rebook the appointment immediately. If the new appointment is cancelled you will be charged the $50 fee. This gives me time to fill your time slot with another guest. If less than 24 hours, please contact me directly through text. No shows will be charged the $50 fee or 75% of the total cost of the scheduled service, whichever is greater. My time is as valuable as yours, let’s respect each other.
